Blessed Frederic Ozanam started the St Vincent de Paul Society as part of a fight to raise awareness of the social injustices of his time. Over 170 years later, the St Vincent de Paul Society carries on this work in Australia.

Vinnies Youth are committed to attracting attention to the injustices of our day: income inequality, accommodation shortage, lack of services and opportunities for low income earners and the impact that all of these issues have on families and children.
